most of the companies in technopark celebrates onam very proudly!!! its very nice to hear most of the IT companies is technopark celebrates onam . but unfortunately due to recession some companies ( not mension the name here , companies have embedded projects and clients in japan)having employees around 1000 not celebrates onam in this year .but most of the good companies celebrates onam with game show and ona sadhya.most of the companies like e-team,pivot systems, earnst & young and a lot of companies arrange their ona sadhya at cafe@m-squared and some comnanies arrange their programmes and games including their onam sadhya @technopark club. some companies like smart business centre(SBC) in tejaswany building celebrates onam united .most of the companies made " pookkalam " infront of their office and building. some companies in technopark gives 4 days off to their employees to celebrate onam.one company in SBC tejaswiny building gives 8 days off to their employees to celebrate onam.and some company gives 2 days off to their employees.unfortunately some companies are also working in onam day as regular working day.
5 companies give onam specialgift voucher to their employees to celebrate onam.some of the compnanies in nila building technopark provide bonus money too!!!!!!
